Refund & Returns Policy

Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation within 6 hours of purchase. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible at info@enjoythesegifts.com with your order number.
Please note that because our products are made to order, once production has begun we are unable to cancel your order. By approving a design or mockup and confirming your order for production, you agree that:

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@enjoythesegifts.com. Include your order number and explain the reason for your return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs and corresponding expenses.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
If a product is damaged or defective before being shipped back to us, please send photos of the damage to info@enjoythesegifts.com before returning the item. You may be responsible for any loss in value if the item is not in its original condition.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@enjoythesegifts.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
