Delivery

Where do we ship?

We ship across Europe and internationally. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, please contact us at info@enjoythesegifts.com before placing your order.


How long does delivery take?

All our products are made to order. Once your order is confirmed and your design has been approved, please allow the following timeframes:

  • Production time: 3 to 7 business days depending on the product.
  • Shipping time: 5 to 10 business days for most European destinations. International orders may take longer depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Total estimated delivery time from order confirmation is 8 to 17 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays, postal service disruptions or public holidays.


How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped by standard tracked postal service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.


Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time.


What if my order is delayed or lost?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@enjoythesegifts.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Stripe secure payment

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your card details on our servers.


Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments on our website are processed through secure, encrypted connections (SSL). Our payment providers comply with the highest industry security standards (PCI-DSS) to ensure that your financial information is protected at all times.


When will I be charged?

Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. Production begins once payment has been confirmed and, where applicable, your design has been approved.


Do you offer instalment payments?

At this time we do not offer instalment payment options. Full payment is required at checkout.


My payment was declined. What should I do?

If your payment was declined, please check that your card details are entered correctly and that your card has not expired. You may also wish to contact your bank to ensure there are no restrictions on your account. If the problem persists, please contact us at info@enjoythesegifts.com and we will be happy to help.


Invoices and Receipts

An order confirmation email will be sent to you automatically once your purchase is complete. If you require a formal invoice for your records, please contact us at info@enjoythesegifts.com with your order number and we will issue one for you.
