After adding a product to your cart, you will be prompted to provide your personalisation details — such as a name, date, photo or custom text. If you are unsure what information is needed, each product page includes a description of what can be customised. You can also contact us at info@enjoythesegifts.com before placing your order.

Yes. For most products, we will send you a digital mockup or design proof for approval before production begins. Please check your email after placing your order. Production will not start until you have approved the design.

All products are made to order. The total estimated delivery time is 8 to 17 business days from order confirmation — this includes 3 to 7 business days for production, plus 5 to 10 business days for shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances outside our control.

Because our products are made specifically for each customer, we are generally unable to accept returns on personalised items unless the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Please review our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.

Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections. We do not store your card details on our servers. Our payment providers comply with the highest industry security standards (PCI-DSS).
